W@tercooler is a 1,650 square foot loft like space located in the heart of historic downtown Tarrytown. We offer workspace options by the day, week, month or year to area freelancers, entrepreneurs, startups, and mobile workers seeking an inspiring, eco-friendly and economical, collaborative environment to do their thing.

Watercooler gives you all the resources you need to run a business, without all the hassles and overhead.

                         Full-Time Members, 7 days per week, 8am-10pm
