I'm looking at the feasibility of opening a coworking space in the City Centre/Whalley area of Surrey, targeted towards current students/recent grads of the SFU Surrey campus and SIAT.  I'm no businessman, and this wouldn't be in the near future since The Network Hub just opened a location in downtown New West.

The plan could be to attract students at first, who are used to collaboration and sharing knowledge, and then grow the space from there.
