Based on a request from Brian Ball, I've come up with:
Chris' famous five steps to getting started with your coworking initiative
- join coworking@googlegroups.com
- add your location to the wiki (name it CoworkingCity or CoworkingCityProvince)
- blog about it
- start hunting for others doing the same thing outside the coworking community
- and if you find no one, bootstrap a location like a library or cafe until you build up enough interest to pay for your own space
