What is Yaletown 209
A workspace designed for Vancouver professionals looking for a shared office space and an address to work and conduct business from. The idea is quite simple; rent a desk or two or three or however many you need. Then, enjoy the perks of a spacious and modern office setting in a vibrant and prestige location in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
The Workspace
1500 square feet of space with over 20 large workstations and a meeting space. Spacious and comfortable, the office also features a kitchen and lounge area. Big windows oversee Pacific Boulevard and allow plenty of natural light to come in.
Drop in and Start
Becoming a resident of Yaletown 209 is easy. Visit the space and you can get started on the spot. Choose from our monthly or yearly rental option. We even have a daily and hourly rate. We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Membership
Taking resident in Yaletown 209 includes full use of the space and amenities, and is based on a monthly or yearly rent-a-desk fee. We welcome people of all professions who enjoy working in a shared space and interacting with a diverse group of people.

4 Desks and above
$325/month
A deposit of $350 is required for all monthly and yearly rentals. Payment is required at the beginning of every month for all monthly rentals.
Drop-in Session
We welcome professionals looking for a ‘one time’ use of the space. We are generally available for Drop-ins during normal business hours based on availability. As we get busier, 24 hours prior notice may be required. Use of space will be charged by the hour or by the day.
