I would be very much interested to participate in a coworking community in Shenzhen. I'm a software developer with decent background in theoretical computer science and mathematics and some years of experience. Currently I'm working (remotely) with a small software start-up based in Europe. To give you some idea of my interests, our team focuses on building creative application for web and mobile platforms using modern cutting-edge technologies.

2011-03-20: Shenzhen Coworking report 

I am very interested in setting up a coworking space here in Shenzhen China.  I have been holding internet marketing meetings for a couple months now in nanshan high tech park, been posting on local websites, and using shenzhenmarketing.com as a central information point.  I would very much like to meet others in Shenzhen interested....I think we will start doing it in Nanshan district, on Nan Hai avenue.  There are already virtual offices, but we will use their common space, chinese version is szteam.com

We have opened the first official coworking space in Shenzhen - http://www.szteam.com 

Its in the South part of Nanshan High Tech Park. Take the Shenzhen Metro to stop Ke Yuan on the Shekou line –

address is 深圳市南山区高新区南区粤兴三道6号南京大学深圳产学研基地大楼B区502号,  in English its Nanjing Research Center, block B , room 502. 

by Shenzhen Metro:

(Ke Yuan) 科苑 metro, exit D, and it’s the building on your left.
