We are ruby on rails developers, wordpress lovers, graphic designers, entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, and anyone with a passion for technology and a need to get out of their house or coffee shop.  Our coworking space is in the heart of the fan and only 1 block from the vegan food trucks.  We drink Blanchard's coffee and eat tacos from the Boka Truck on jelly days.  804RVA is proud to host monthly meetups for CVREG (Ruby on Rails), RAUG (Adobe User Group), & Wordpress Wednesdays.

Nonprofit Collaborative Workspace

FREE - Gangplank is a collaborative work environment that offers unique free coworking to everyone. Fantastic, collaborative coworking space that provides the infrastructure to unite creators and innovators in Henrico.

Gangplank is a group of connected individuals and small businesses creating an economy of innovation and creativity in Henrico. We envision a new economic engine comprised of collaboration and community, where industries come together to transform our culture. We serve as a place for people to explore their creativity, then challenge them to build their ideas into a viable startup – forging a vibrant economy in the process.

We have no office space. Small companies, coworkers, and events all take place in one giant room. We do have semi-private project rooms available for meetings, phone calls or planning.

The cooperative concept of Gangplank is really revolutionary. It's "FREE," at least there's no financial cost to be a "planker," you just pay it forward & help each other out if you can - awesome way to work!

We are temporarily working out of the Employment Transition Center (former Innsbrook Library) until we secure a permanent location!
