Coworking in Lower Manhattan (ie below 14th street)

Currently we are looking at three options:

• the tank
  - a non-profit space dedicated to performing and visual arts. the tank is looking to leverage their day space into something more.
• Nutopia Workspace @ 81 Franklin Street
  - a flexible and affordable temporary office space in Tribeca, New York City, downtown Manhattan for small businesses, enterpreneurs, and freelancers. currently, we are discussing revamping the part-time rate to be coworker friendly.
• The Hive at 55 

                - Shared workspace for 30+ people, plus three private workrooms and a conference room. Sponsored by the Alliance for Downtown New York.                 Located at 55 Broad St, 13th Floor, NY, NY, 10023.
