The Club

The Club is designed for individuals who need somewhere to work from but (like most of us) aren’t planning on being there the whole time. It consists of a number of open, semi-private and private spaces for different types of working and it’s backed up with meeting rooms all over London and a series of events for sharing knowledge and skills amongst our like-minded members. Now open and ready for working at Warnford Court in The City.

The Space Different work requires different workspace. Open areas provide a chance to meet others, carrels give you a bit more privacy and if you need to lock yourself away for a bit, there are focus booths too. If you’re taking a call, there are phone booths throughout so you don’t need to share it with the world.

The Wireless Our robust, super-fast wireless allows you to work from The Cloud, Skype and send large files without giving you enough time to make a coffee while you wait. There’s power, laptop anchor points and lockers throughout, printing and scanning, showers and an apartment if you need to stay over.

The Meetings Boardrooms, ideas rooms, presentation rooms and talk rooms. All for 2-40 people and with all the technology you need for your meeting to run smoothly. There are 12 at Warnford Court and a further 35 across London. If it’s informal, you’re welcome to bring a guest into the club space for a chat. See the meeting rooms.

The Business Needs Use us as your business address. We can handle your mail and calls if you’d like us to. Bring clients to the space or the meeting rooms and if you eventually need a full time office, we have a range of dedicated spaces both at Warnford Court and our other buildings. Your membership can easily be transferred.

The Social Needs Meet like-minded members around the space, at our regular networking events, workshops and talks. Find inspiration, share skills and possibly discover new clients. We’re also working on an intranet to keep members in the loop even if they’re not in the space.

And it's £195 per month (or £225 if you'd prefer to pay monthly). Want more info? Then get in touch on 0870 116 1100 or drop us an email to space@theofficegroup.co.uk. Or just swing by for a look around and a few hours work, we'd love to show you the ropes.

HIre Desk Space

A small coworking space was recently set up in Bethnal Green by two freelancers (theatre producer & web developer) who were fed up with working on their kitchen table.  The coworking space is set in a series of old Victorian shops and workshop units just off Hackney Road where lots of other creatives: photographers, digital media folk, artists etc have also based themselves.  Across the two small offices there are 11 desks, and although small, there’s a good community building amongst the freelancers who work in the office.  The nice thing about this coworking space is that it is calm and quiet whilst at the same time being sociable, friendly and offering useful networking opportunities. The cost of a desk is £50/week for which you get your own desk, Internet, secure storage, printer, kitchen facilities, secure bike storage, post box. Importantly there’s also 24-hour access to the space. There’s no separate meeting room but there’s a sofa in the office for down time, and there are great cafes nearby for meeting clients.
