Creative Density (aka Denver Coworking)- A new coworking community is opening on May 18th. It is located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood at 17th and Emerson and provides an open and collaborative workspace for freelancers, independents, and start-ups. Cowork Different
At Uncubed we're focused on developers, designers, and makers. Our goal is to create and encourage and environment of open collaboration. Our warehouse is designed with that in mind. The main workspace is one open room with desks that can be moved where needed. Want to work with a few folks in the corner, move your desks, want to be right in the middle of everyone throwing ideas around, and helping with a tough code problem, that works too! With 6,000 sq ft. we've got room for any sized meet-up and our hope to to become Denver's tech meet-up hub. We're well on our way hosting several meet-ups already, check out the events page to see what's going on.
We also offer corporate/startup pricing for companies that don't want a long term lease and still want to be a part of a collaborative culture.
We're located in the Ballpark neighborhood (2762 Walnut St), where parking is free and not time limited. There's a B-Cycle station right behind us so getting to Biker Jims or Illegal Pete's or anything else on 16th St Mall is only a matter of minutes away.
Because we're developers first and cowork because we want to, we don't play the "free day pass" game, we offer a free two week trial. You're not going to know if coworking is for you in just one day. Come in and enjoy the people we're attracting, and see if Uncubed is a fit. Drop-ins are welcome all the time.
Memberships start at $80 and top out at $350. There's three to choose from because we don't think coworking requires 10 different rate plans.
