group88 is coworking at its best in the 'burbs. We are located on 88 Hopmeadow Street (Route 10) in beautiful Simsbury, Conn. Members enjoy complimentary coffee, high-speed wifi and use of printer/scanner/fax.

About group88:
Because of our unique semi-burby location, we are a true mixed-use space. There is a great need for both coworking space and meeting and event space in this area. group88 hopes to generate a healthy revenue from our non-member users (for the high-tech conference room and event space) to help keep costs down and perks up for coworkers.
We see group88 as:
Innovative: members share a mixed-use space of 3 2 (one is spoken for!) furnished/lock-and-key Anchor offices, 6 open Floater workspaces and lounge areas for meeting or working, teleconferencing and community break room
Collaborative: opportunities for members to meet with clients and colleagues exist in private and open areas, including outdoor seating
Supportive: members will join in building the community by helping group88 staff determine the resources and partnership perks that best suit their need
Cost-effective: folks pick a membership that makes sense: from 1-day ($25) and 5-day Floater passes ($110) to full-time Anchor space (starting at $550/month)
Active: those ambitious types can take advantage of our location right on Rails to Trails - shower facilities, limitless clean water and bike rack provided!
