We are testing the waters for a Real Estate focused coworking environment in Chicago. I am working with the owner of a retail/office space located in Lakeview who has agreed to turn the space into a fully functioning co-op if there are individuals serious about using the space. It would be available immediately (once interest is generated) and the only cost associated would be the monthly desk fee. There would also be opportunity for floating desk space. My background is in marketing, events and real estate. Others who have expressed interest are interior designers, graphic designers and real estate brokers. This is a great opportunity to help shape the space as an original member.
