A WikiHive is a website where you can create a new wiki instantly. It's also a network of wikis that can easily link to one another in useful ways. This networking and linking can help accelerate the growth of a KnowledgeCommons.

All of these run off of OddMuse/OddWiki engine.
A local Coworking group could create easily create and launch a WikiHive, where each Coworking participant could set up their own wiki, or "bliki" (blog that is actually a wiki, accomplished via content style sheets and scripts that allow some blogging, technorati tagging and trackback functions).
It is then possible to NearLink all of these wikis together, so that one you type a WikiWord (a "camel case" word that automatically created a wiki link) it will automatically create a link to page on another wiki in your hive!
This NearLink connection can help people tie together knowledge in a fast and easy way.
WikiHives themselves can also be linked and networked in this way, too. RecentChanges can be merged, etc.
OddMuse wiki engine affords the ability to Migrate wikis to any other server, as well. So, you'll never be locked into someone else's "silo".
