Coworking Catalysts

In the northwest suburbs of Chicago we have 900SF available.  We are just getting setup for coworking opportunities.  We are looking for ideas for layout of the space and kinds of furniture wanted.  High speed internet, dedicated fax line, printer/scanner, and phone will be provided.  Currently there are 2 private offices, 1 meeting room, "postage"/technology office, and lots of open space for a common work environment. In the coming months I will have 1200 more feet of wide open common work space with a kitchenette.  If interested please contact me at info@coworktoday.com .

We are testing the waters for a Real Estate focused coworking environment in Chicago.   We are looking for any interested parties from, realtors, brokers, investors, insurance agents and lawyers, to interior designers, staging companies, property managers, web designers, and marketers.  We are looking for like minded individuals and small businesses interested in creating a space and a mutually beneficial community for real estate professionals.  "Social networking" buzzing right now, but nothing pays off like good ole' fashioned "real" live networking.  Shoot me an email if you are interested kirk@chicagohomephotography.com

http://evanstononline.com/ has a lot of office space in Evanston, and I talked with the owner and they're sympathetic to the coworking idea.

I think that something could be negociated pretty easily. If anybody is interested, I'll be at BarCamp the weekend of the 15th of July http://barcampchicago.com/ and available to discuss ideas.

Hello friends,

I am coordinating a professional office-space cooperative in south Evanston. It may not actually qualify as coworking, since its more about shared space and resources than it is about collaboration. That's not to say collaboration is not possible or welcomed...but we are open to people working in a variety different industries-- not just one or two similar ones
(right now, for example we have a non-profit humanitarian agency, an acoustical engineer, and a person in sales). Anyways...if you're interested in more info, please be in touch. We have space available immediately starting out with 90 day leases.
