This has been the labor of love of Chris Messina and Tara Hunt of Citizen Agency. From September 2006 until November 2006, we negotiated, dreamt, built, bought and created a space that we could call our new home and we thought others could, too. See how we built it out!

We will also entertain the idea of you holding events in our space. The types of events we desire are:

  • movie nights (we are having these anyway)
  • book club meetings
  • demos
  • hackathons (like mashpit)
  • meetings
  • non-profit events
  • seminars
  • 'salons'
  • art shows
  • book launches
  • meetups
  • wine and cheese tastings

Depending on whether you are doing this for profit or not (directly or indirectly) we will negotiate a price for the space. Our boardroom is also available when not in use by the residents for a nominal 1/2 day fee of $25...that covers us paying Tara 2.0 to come down and let you in or lock up after you.
